New students: If you have just applied for a program at BCIT, you will need to wait up to 72 hours before you will be authorized to log in.
Current students: you should be authorized to log into the Housing Portal using your BCIT Student ID and BCIT network password.
If you are unable to log-in, please email the Housing Office with the error message you see and include your full name and student ID.

Prospective residents can visit this portal to submit a housing application, view application status updates, accept a Housing Offer, and sign a housing contract.
Incoming or current residents can visit this portal to submit a parking application and complete a notice to vacate form.
Housing Bursary
The BCIT Student Housing Bursary is intended to help students who demonstrate that the cost of student housing creates a barrier to attending BCIT.
The 2024-2025 bursary is for students who will begin or continue in a BCIT program between August 2024 and April 2025. The bursary is valued at $500 - $1,000 per student, depending on the length of residence in BCIT Student Housing.
To be eligible, students must have applied to live in BCIT Student Housing between August 2024 and April 2025, be registering in a full-time cohort or apprenticeship program, demonstrate financial need, and fill out the Housing Bursary application form.
